Yes, the house is pet friendly, with a daily pet fee of $10 to $15 depending on the size and type of pet; tell Marty when you book, as undisclosed pets are $100 a day. The back yard is artificial turf, so dogs go for a walk instead: there is a park about five minutes’ drive away.

Yes. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards and snorkel gear are free to borrow; ask Marty and she will set you up.

San Diego water and energy limits mean the dishwasher and washing machine run before 3 pm or after 9 pm. There are cameras on the outside of the house in public areas, none in the back yard.
